Juventus are unbeaten in their last 16 Turin derbies in Serie A (W12 D4) with seven of their 11 goals scored against their rival Torino in the classic Italy Serie A. This is the third time Juve have won a Turin derby, scoring four goals under the era of Allegri.

Yann Karamoh’ goal became the fastest goal ever scored in a derby match between Torino and Juventus in Serie A history. This is a six-goal thriller at the Juventus stadium. Torino scored their first corner goal of the season when Karamoh lashed a shot from close range, then Cuadrado saved his deflected strike to past Milinkovic-Savic. Juventus Stadium is quiet after leading 2-1, nearing the half time. But Danilo scored in the 45th minute extended time to equalize the match and ended the first 45 minutes of the match.

In the second half, Allegri’s side took the lead for the first time with the help of a substitute. Chiesa’s inswinging cross was met by Bremer who knocked Juventus’ third goal. Rabiot completed the comeback and the domination in the second half by tapping in from close range. Bremer is really the man of this derby match, he keeps on making important contributions and action on both ends of the field over his former team and secure Juve victory and three point clearance and to climb their way back to the qualification for next year’s UEFA Champions League. This is the kind of the game where Juventus really show they are really an Italian club contender in Serie A and they have the best composure to get back at the top until the end of the season.

Now, Juve are looking to redeem the 15-point penalty that they received due to a financial scandal issued last month. They held to 35 points, lagging just six points behind Atalanta, nine points behind Roma, and just a 10 points deficit over Lazio. This is quite unexpected for a team who was lashed out 15 points in the standing and fell from Top two in the standing to 10th, and now they are nearing back to the Top Four.

If not for that 15-point deduction, Juventus would be alone in second place. There’s still a huge chance for Juve to climb back at the top of the standings. They can move up to Top Four before the season ends, they just need to keep on winning games after games.

Paul Pogba’s comeback from a devastating injury is really a great show for the fans and to his teammates. “It had been a long time since we wanted Pogba back with us and we are happy. With a game every three days, we need everyone available,” Allegri said in a post-match interview.
