The reigning Premier League Champion is back on top of the table after demolishing Arsenal 3-1. Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish made clutch efforts for the City.

10 minutes later, Haaland delivered the winning goal to double the lead for Manchester City. Gundogan and De Bruyne connected to defeat Zinchenko and Saliba before De Bruyne pulled it back to running Erling Haaland who immediately made a quick low shot to fire it into the far corner – Ramsdale wrongfooted and 3-1 for City.
Manchester City is still the only side that Arsenal has failed to beat in the Premier League, losing all five meetings against the reigning Champion.
After the match, Arsenal’s Martin Odegaard spoke on the loss, “It is football. Sometimes chances go in, sometimes not. But that is where we need to improve and be more clinical and defend our box. That is not just about one player, but the whole team.”
