How will Jalen Duren flourish with the Detroit Pistons?
Given the fact that the Detroit Pistons gave up two players in Saben Lee and Kelly Olynyk to get the service of Croatian shooter Bojan Bogdanovic. Now that they still have loads of young talents, Dwayne Casey and Weaver both have strong belief that they will use the G-League games to improve their players, broaden their professional experience, and to be a better player once they are included to the final roster. There is a huge possibility that the 18 year old Big man will play in the G league affiliate team while returning for practices and games for the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena.
Pistons also had the former number one pick Cade Cunningham, the frenchman Killian Hayes, and this year fifth pick in Jaden Ivey. They also had a big man in Nerlens Noel, Isaiah Stewart and Luka Garza. From this setup, it is ideal for the current youngest player in Jalen Duren to also spend some time in the G League, improve his weaknesses, strengthen his body, and make him more agile so that he can be more ready whenever he receives quality minutes in the NBA.
